Anonymous Neon Mask Wallpapers Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the Anonymous Neon Mask Wallpaper application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices, which was developed by zivanafa (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") as a Free service.
What information does the App obtain and how is it used?

The Application obtains the information you provide when you download the Application.
Service Providers may also use the information you provide to them for required notifications, and marketing promotions.
Automatically Collected Information
Additionally, the Application may automatically collect certain information, but only limited to, the type of mobile device you use and information about how you use the Application.
Does the App collect real-time and accurate device location information?
This application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Do third parties see and/or have access to the information obtained by the Application?
Only aggregate and anonymous data is periodically sent to external services to assist the Service Provider in improving the Application and its services. Service Providers may share your information with third parties in the ways described in this privacy statement.

Service Providers may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
as required by law, for example to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;

with trusted service providers working on their behalf, have no independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to comply with the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
What right do I have not to take part?
You can stop all information collection by the App easily by uninstalling the App. You can use a standard uninstall process that may be available as part of your mobile device or through a mobile application market or network.
Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data while you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. The Service Provider will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 12 months and may retain it in the aggregate thereafter. If you would like the Service Provider to delete the User Provided Data you provided through the Application, please contact them at zivanafa@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required for the App to function properly.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application is not directed to anyone under 13 years of age. The Service Provider does not collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete such information from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (zivanafa@gmail.com) so they can take necessary action.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about maintaining the confidentiality of your information. Service Providers provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know the information to operate, develop, or improve their Applications. Please be aware that, while we strive to provide reasonable security for the information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
Change
This Privacy Policy will be updated if there are appropriate reasons and in accordance with applicable regulations from time to time. The Service Provider cannot notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes, as continued use is deemed acceptance of all changes.
